At Aspire Independence, our vision is to provide evidence-based strategies to promote social development and independence for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. To provide a life of value that includes opportunities and responsibilities to work and live independently while protecting each individual’s rights.

Aspire’s philosophy is to bring the highest quality support by hiring the highest quality staff. Our director is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania as a behavior specialist. All staff are trained and many are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. We bring over 25 years’ experience supporting individuals with disabilities on the Pennsylvania Autism Waiver and the Intellectual Disability Waiver. We provide support in the Bucks, Montgomery and North East Philadelphia areas. We highlight this because we feel this sets us apart from the majority of the providers. Our staff are local. We feel this improves the quality of service by minimizing drive time. This also ensures when our staff provide support in the community, they are experts in their community. They have a comfort and familiarity in the community in which they work.
